It was pouring out and my partner and I are just stuck out there for a whole minute until an employee was on their way out and opened the door for us. I thought it was an accident that they locked the door until I heard a customer ask an employee and he told them that it was locked on purpose. That honestly infuriated me to hear because us and like 4 other customers after us were just standing out in the rain until someone opened the door. Mind you it was like 2 PM, nowhere near the opening or closing times of the store. The food also didn't taste as good today and honestly just felt like it was rushed and thrown together. Just a really bad visit this time.
