Unfortunately, the customer service is consistently terrible — unhelpful and rude. I use my OTC benefits to purchase items listed in the official catalog, but every visit to the cashier turns into a headache, and nightmares. Just because an item appears in the OTC catalog doesn’t mean this store will accept it.🤷♀️ Their system uses different codesor something, so the item gets rejected, and I’m unable to use my benefit. For example, Swanson Chicken Broth is clearly listed in the catalog, but when I brought it to the cashier, it didn’t go through. Instead of helping or explaining, she made the situation even more difficult with her attitude. I even contacted the agency that issues the OTC benefit. One person says the item is eligible; the supermarket says it isn’t — and no one explains why. As a consumer, I’m stuck in the middle with no answers. Conclusion: Don’t waste your time at this Albertsons location

He explained, they aren't getting the racks like they used too, but he can give me the ribs from ribeye roasts. I was over joined, and thanked him. I learned he was on his way out the door, but stayed to help a customer. Kudos to him for putting us first.
