- CAConstance AGMar 22, 20262.0I always stop here when I am at my daughter's. This customer service and employees attitudes are always poor. They act like they are doing you a favor to help you. No one pays attention to details like being low on fried chicken. Then discouraging you from what you want because it meant someone doing their job. Plenty of people in the dept as well. The deli counter is the absolute worst. I skipped going Friday when I was over there. I guess I will get my legs and wings elsewhere.

What stood out most was having a US Bank branch inside, which was definitely useful and made the trip a little more convenient. The shopping experience itself felt pretty average, but the in-store bank was a nice bonus.

Unfortunately, the customer service is consistently terrible — unhelpful and rude. I use my OTC benefits to purchase items listed in the official catalog, but every visit to the cashier turns into a headache, and nightmares. Just because an item appears in the OTC catalog doesn’t mean this store will accept it.🤷♀️ Their system uses different codesor something, so the item gets rejected, and I’m unable to use my benefit. For example, Swanson Chicken Broth is clearly listed in the catalog, but when I brought it to the cashier, it didn’t go through. Instead of helping or explaining, she made the situation even more difficult with her attitude. I even contacted the agency that issues the OTC benefit. One person says the item is eligible; the supermarket says it isn’t — and no one explains why. As a consumer, I’m stuck in the middle with no answers. Conclusion: Don’t waste your time at this Albertsons location
