I was on hold for over 10 minutes by the time the driver finally showed up. COLD PIZZAS, BARELY ANY SAUCE (it looks like only 1/2 the pizzas actually got sauce), AND NO LONGER CRISPY....JUST THIN AND SOGGY. And when the guy arrived and gave me the pizza, he stood there actually waiting...for what...more tip than the one I put on the damn order that you didn't deserve?! Wow. I tried calling multiple times, only to have no one answer, ever. I want a REFUND OR at least CREDIT for my purchase. When I get credit, I will go to the Northridge location.
