    We ordered cinnamon twists and some other food items. Every time we go through the drive through we end up with a missing food item. This time was cinnamon twists. I called the store and spoke to a person who identified themselves as the manager and stated next time I should check the bag and make sure the order was right cause if THEY continuously make this kind of mistake then the customer should check the bag to make sure there wasn’t an issue. Why can’t the employee just check the bag before handing it to us. This has happened time after time. Normally we won’t complain and just take the small mistake here and there but when the place makes the mistake more often than most, there is a problem. Unfortunately the manager just kept justifying the mistake instead of fixing it and making sure the employees don’t make that mistake so easily.

    Absolutely one of the worse experiences I ever had at a fast food restaurant. I don’t know what was happening, but that air conditioner was definitely not on. It was so hot in there!

    They asked if i wanted hot sauce the two times i went. Said yes. Received ZERO hot sauce. The second time ordered 35$ of food. Not much but not like the first time of just a burrito. Thought I'd get at least 3 packs. Don't like the burritos without the sauce. I'm not driving all the way back for sauce. Need to find another taco bell. 😓🤦
