And let me tell you these girls are soooo nice, they've done nothing but help me in the best way they can, to describing the new drinks, to the recommendations, to the customer service everything is honestly perfect. For the people who've had "bad experiences" here I say just give them another shot, majority of the girls working here are just trying to gain experience in the real world and everyone is prone to mistakes sometimes especially since they just opened a couple months ago. Thank you Dutch, I love you<3

There’s a girl who wears a hat, I think her name is Tamera, that always starts a conversation in the middle of her making drinks and multi-tasking, while the other girl is on the side not even putting in effort to acknowledge the costumer. Tamera always remembers our last conversations too, which makes it feel like at least someone there cares. Some people just have better people skills.

I don’t defend wrong behavior, but I do recommend being lenient. The other times I’ve been there, they’ve always been so cheerful and enjoyable. And remember, most of these young adults are college students trying their best.

Also claimed that the manager couldn't help me. Why am I being blamed for YOUR mistake. I wouldn't have said iced because I only get blended. YOU made the mistake of entering "iced." She's obviously problematic as I see someone else has complained about her. She kept saying "babes". Please send her back to training. I will never go to the location ever again. I don't care how close it is.

We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!

Can I purchase Dutchwear apparel?
We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
