  I drive all the way from Palo Alto California to Redwood city because the McDonald’s in Woodside. They said it is open 24 hours but this close at 11 o’clock so if you’re looking for any meals in the evening, just don’t show up because it’s close 11 PM with the employers told me they close 11 PM because there was there to put 24 hours because it’s a bit late

  Great food as always but this location doesn't have sit down tables, only drive through and curbside pickup. I didn't know that until I arrived and saw the "order in app" sign. Luckily I have an app in my phone, but if you don't just go to other locations.

  I waited 15 minutes just to get my coffee. The staff does a terrible job. I went up to the door and told them I would take it to go. 15 minutes later—nothing. I recommend you don't wait for them.

  This place is not 24/7. This continues to follow the trend where they market themselves as 24/7 but in fact the local operators are lazy and do not actually run the hours based on their posted times.

  Don't waste your money at this location. I placed an order on the app and upon arrival, I was told that they didn't have my order, despite me being able to see my order number on the screen. I pulled up to the window and saw that my order had been cancelled by the staff. What a joke! McDonald's still took my money. I'm so beyond frustrated with the horrible service at this location. Again, do not waste your money at this horrible McDonald's.
