This are illegal practices When the police arrived, they refused to give me a refund, and the police officer told me that because of the time, which was too late, the best thing to do was to sue the corporation because they were illegal practices, or to contact the California consumer protection department.

  Tuve una muy mala experiencia. Cuando intenté retirar un pedido, una empleada me gritó que me fuera y que debía usar el drive-thru. Cuando fui al drive-thru, la persona que atendía se negó a tomar el pedido y me dijo que tenía que salir y dar toda la vuelta por las calles para volver a entrar, aun estando ya en la ventanilla. Muy mal trato y cero predisposición. I had a very bad experience. When I tried to pick up my order, one of the employees yelled at me to leave and told me I had to use the drive-thru. When I went to the drive-thru, the cashier refused to take my order and said I had to exit and drive all the way around the streets just to come back in, even though I was already at the window. Very rude and unprofessional service.
