    The person at the window was extremely rude and disrespectful. The food also was missing items and he didn’t listen that the burrito was missing beans

    Horrible customer service. Ordered a rice and beans, minus the beans since my nephew doesn't eat them. They gave me a cup with only. 1/3 of rice, when asked if they could give us a little more, not a full bowl. They told us they couldn't. They had to give us the same amount even though we paid the same price with the beans. Really? You're not losing out on money! You couldn't give us a little more rice?!? When asked for the managers number above the manager that was on duty, they said "they didn't have their number." They told us we had to substitute to beans for rice when we ordered, but that is not an option on the app. I even asked the rude cashier to show me. Do not go here, apparently they pay for the extra rice out of their own paychecks. They're so rude and shouldn't work in customer service jobs.
