I placed an order on the app and upon arrival, I was told that they didn't have my order, despite me being able to see my order number on the screen. I pulled up to the window and saw that my order had been cancelled by the staff. What a joke! McDonald's still took my money. I'm so beyond frustrated with the horrible service at this location. Again, do not waste your money at this horrible McDonald's.

When i go to Mi Puebla or a taco truck, i expect no English. But when i go to Mcdonald’s and i have a question, i need the employees to be able to help. So I get hated on for having questions, my order is wrong and i get serious attitude. The place is basically horrible AND scary.

I placed a mobile order and they said they could see it but could not fill it even though it was paid for. I understand computers have glitches but shouldn't this be a reconciliation done between the company and corporate not punish the person who ordered and not give them the food. In addition, I was charged for the food and they said it would autorefund since the food was not picked up. Wrong!!! Even after 8 business days it still did not refund. I tried contacting the restaurant and received a generic form letter not even addressing the credit of the meal I was charged for and did not receive e. I finally filed a claim with my credit card company to get the credit. The store manager here did absolutely nothing! Worst McDonald's service anywhere. Never will return!
