When I arrived, I was greeted by a Hispanic lady who was extremely rude and provided very poor customer service. Not only did she not have my order ready, but her attitude throughout the interaction was completely unprofessional. She was disrespectful, dismissive, and showed no willingness to help or solve the issue. It truly felt like she didn’t care at all about the customers or the service she was providing. I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but if someone doesn’t enjoy their job or isn’t willing to treat customers with kindness and respect, maybe this isn’t the right position for them. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy and professionalism. I’m very disappointed with the experience, and I hope management addresses this situation appropriately. No customer should be treated this way, especially when we’re paying for a service and trusting the business to fulfill an order placed in advance
