    Order never got delivered. Tried calling the store 3 times and emailed corporate twice and I still cant get a refund.

    The pizza is cold and the receipt shows it was ready an hour and a half before it was delivered. Ordered at 6:22PM receipt shows it was ready at 6:35PM and received the order at 8:00PM. During that time I called and waited on hold for 10 minutes to get an update then gave up and DoorDash called and waited on hold and they did not get through. DoorDash was great for assisting but thats wild on Dominos. This was Dominos delivery service not DD btw.

    I’d give 0 stars if I could. Ordered delivery after a long day of travel only to get one of the pizzas made wrong, both cold. Been on the phone now for 40+ minutes and no answers. Don’t waste your time or money.

    Today my app told me my pizzas were ready but when I arrived the workers told me 7 more minutes. This is the first time this has ever happened bc usually when the app tells me it’s ready it’s ready for me to be picked up.
