- SSSotravDec 30, 20251.0I ordered a chicken burrito with lettuce and bean for pick up. I went home and found that it’s a rice burrito, only 4-5 chicken cube, no sign of lettuce, all just rice. It’s ridiculous!!! I went on their website to complain, guess what? It’s broken and throw me an error when submit at last step, after I wrote everything and uploaded the photo. Tried another browser, the same!! Chipotle quality has gone down so bad. Never come back again!!!

- ASAlysa StanfordNov 24, 20254.0Your chicken has given me the runs so many times and I just keep giving you chances like a toxic ex because where else can we go that's quick and affordable and not McDonald's. But like an ex, I have started to dread walking through your doors and it makes me slightly nauseous to think about you. Today however, you somewhat redeemed yourself. Your cheese was salty and delicious, your sour cream didn't have any weird floaties in it, your lettuce was crisp and refreshing and not diving in between my teeth to embarrass me later, your rice was okay, your beans were creamy, your carne asada as per usual has a strange rubbery texture, an off taste that I can't quite place, and a bunch of inedible bits and pieces....BUT your red chimichurri sauce...OMG!!!! That made my whole day. Best flavor Chipotle has ever offered. Reminds me of chili sauce from some of my favorite Chinese restaurants. Made the rice incredible, the meat tolerable, and the overall experience Chef's KISS. Can't stop thinking about it. Please more of things like that, thank you.

Beyond rude. Beyond disrespectful. Go to any other chipotle before you go to this one at 7:31pm on a Sunday night. The guy working the register put my water cup with the part I put my mouth on touching the dirty counter surface. I asked for a new cup so the part of the cup that my lips touch wouldn’t touch it, and he did it again. Just the worst chipotle experience I have ever had.
