- JHJulia HernandezMar 10, 20261.0At this branch, Western Union doesn't usually show any sense of urgency. But on this occasion, they crossed all limits of tolerance for poor customer service. After going three times in a row to send money, and each time it was listed as "closed," I mentioned it to a representative, who went to ask Gloria. She told him they would open in 40 minutes (2:30 PM). I reiterated that it was my third time there and that the customer service wasn't the best, then he replied that things had changed, period. Western Union should put up a sign with their hours of operation or close permanently so people don't waste their time going to this branch. P.S.: After this incident, I discovered that Walmart, on the corner of Inglewood and Rosecrans, 0.4 mile north, not only offers Western Union, but also Ria and MoneyGram with lower fees.

There is a strange truck that’s outside of the store and everyone was acting strange I just had a funny feeling yall please be careful if you are alone wait until the store is full of people my intuition tells me that I was not safe at night here.
