  A very nice Vons. They treat each other like family. Ronnita was so sweet. She made my day brighter but then again the whole front-end did.

  This store is the best they have lots of good grocery’s the workers are all friendly and helpful it’s a joy to shop here crisp fresh produce accompanys red prime cuts of steak shout out to the butcher you guys keep doing what you do . Not one single issue I will keep coming here

  Very odd groc store, people are mostly friendly but they’re always complaining to each other about policy, coworkers, etc. Today two stocking guys were talking loudly using every curse word in the book with no care about people around them. I’ll be avoiding this one from now on…Ralphs better.

  MICHAEL the manager is the RUDEST person ever! He shouldn’t be working in customer service because he doesn’t know what that means! Very disappointed with my last visit there! I will NOT return to this location!

  I just had the most unprofessional interaction with William "the supervisor". He was called out by the bagging lady at the register (the 1st time) because they were out of the coconut milk I needed. He refused to write me a raincheck because he said I already had one. I explained to him that it was expired and I needed a new one. He said he couldn't let me have 2 rainchecks. Again, and again, IN DIFFERENT WAYS, I explained the same thing to him that I needed a new raincheck because I needed to buy more milk at a different location since they were out of coconut milk and the one I had was no longer valid. He continued to say he couldn't write me a raincheck because I had just bought milk. AGAIN, I explained to him that I needed more milk and if they had more than the 5 containers that I had just purchased in store, that I wouldn't be asking for a raincheck. He proceeded to walk away from me mid sentence. I WAS APALLED!! That was the most rude, and unprofessional encounter I've ever had with a person "running a business". The owner needs to seriously reevaluate the character qualities of this individual. I would not trust William to run my business. I spend at least $1,000/month at this grocery store and the customer service is AWFUL. AFTER HE WALKED AWAY FROM ME, I asked the cashier if she could please call him and ask him to come back out and write me a raincheck. He told the cashier that he would write me a raincheck but he was "busy doing his work". I waited over 10 minutes by the register before I asked the nice cashier lady if she could call him AGAIN for the second time and ask him if he was coming out because I needed to go to a different store to buy more milk. According to the lady cashier, again, he said that he would come out and write me the raincheck. Well he took another 10 minutes to come out just to tell me that he was not going to write me a raincheck because he is not allowed to write rainchecks for Dairy. ((COCONUT MILK IS NOT DAIRY!!)) So I asked him why he and other cashiers have written me rainchecks for Coconut milk in the past if it's not allowed???? He kept saying it was not allowed. Then he said to me in front of other customers that I was being "hostile" towards him after HE WALKED AWAY FROM ME and left me mid sentence, the first time he came out to the registers. I think it is safe to say that ANYONE would feel apprehensive after that kind of treatment. Anyway, he kept contradicting himself over and over making a new excuse every time as to why he couldn't write me a raincheck and in the end he played the "victim card" and said he was not going to write me a raincheck because he didn't feel like it. The whole interaction made me extremely uncomfortable especialy because I had my child with me. I don't know if he was high or on drugs but he was not logical whatsoever. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN. Do yourself a favor and give your money to a grocery store who hires employees with integrity and values their customers especially when I'm blatantly expressing my desire to spend more money and I am being turned away over a supervisors' ego. What a disappointment.
