Truth is each and every time we go it is great (has become the new standard). Yet Adrian did such a nice job and it was my wife’s birthday and he just made it feel really good. We also had a table visit by his boss, I believe Herman and again service is the best here. Adrian, I’d hire you in a minute. Great job and I used to do your type of occupation for a very high end clientele. It is in the details and the great attitude that you shined!

I enjoyed two bites of favorable meat. The keylime pie tasted like the refrigerator. The coconut shrimp appetizer had no flavor and the shrimp were wimpy wimpy wimpy and they used to be hefty hefty hefty. The mashed potatoes were the star of the plate. The bananas foster was delicious but not worth the trip in all. Wont be back. The waiter was lukewarm. Sorry wont be back even though it's been a favorite over the years. Shoulda woulda coulda gone to San Franciscan for prime rib. Can only look to management for sub-par food quality and not one person asking how the food tasted and I didn't wonder why.

It started with our server wearing strong perfume which was not conducive with serving meals. She was courteous and pleasant. Our prime rib and filet mignon were over cooked and lacked the usual delicious flavor. It was a busy afternoon and we didn't wish to change the restaurant tempo by saying anything to our server. We're counting today as an off experience.

I ordered the 7-ounce filet mignon with mashed potatoes and asparagus, and it was cooked to perfection. The steak seemed to be grilled over an open wood flame with almond-flavored wood, which added a lovely, unique taste. My son had the shrimp and chicken alfredo, and that was equally delicious. Highly recommend this place for great food and excellent service! Dessert was spectacular—we tried three different desserts: banana butter cake, key lime pie, and crème brûlée. I had the banana butter cake, and it was incredible. It reminded me of banana bread crossed with banana pudding, served with ice cream—absolutely delicious. My son tried the others, and I’ll update once he gives his full review. Highly recommend Kincaid’s for outstanding food, excellent service, and a memorable dining experience!
