- ETElsa TorresFeb 18, 20261.0I ordered a birthday cake golf style and it didn’t look like the picture at all. The cake itself was good but whoever decorated it has absolutely no talent. It was horrible but press for time I had to take it. Very disappointed!!!
- ASAgnes SantanaDec 20, 20251.0I just stopped by this store, and the experience was awful. My wife went inside to buy ice cream while I stayed at the entrance with my service dog. There were two employees working, and one of them told me to move away from the door because of my dog, which is unacceptable. A service dog is legally allowed. On top of that, the other employee was rude to my wife when she asked for extra chocolate syrup, sarcastically pointing out that it would cost extra. Of course we know it costs extra — the attitude was unnecessary and disrespectful. This felt like discrimination and extremely poor customer service. I didn’t buy anything, and I will NEVER return to this place again. Absolutely ridiculous service.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
