  This is the slowest most inefficient McDonald's. I don't know what it is about this location but no matter what time you go it's about a 30-45 minute wait. Doesn't matter how you order either. This is the closest one to home, but I will drive further to avoid this one when my kids ask for it. I chanced it today thinking there's only a few cars in the drive thru and I just wanted to get home after a long day. 4 cars in the line still took me 30 minutes to get through. Its always had its issues, but I thought when they remodeled it would be more efficient and fix their problems, just seems worse to me. Hopefully this helps someone avoid getting stuck in the line with hangry kids in the back.

  The manager Who gave me? My food was extremely rude and dismissive as if she was trying to rush me away after I patiently waited for them .When I first got here it was only 2 people in line and it still took extremely long to get my order. Also you have to say something to them at the speaker or they just won’t ask you for your order :/

  They completely forgot some of my items I PAID for and than when the machine didn’t give me my receipt they said they’ll call my name when it comes out which they didn’t do. It took 25 minutes just to receive my food and I still didn’t receive all my food.

  This is the absolute worst location to get your orders from in Redlands! Whenever I pick it up by mistake, 1. I never get my order right 2. Staff complained that I ordered "a lot of food"! 3. I am being asked to wait at one of the numbers and then come pick my food up, when I ordered drive-thru through the app ahead!! What the heck is up with that?!!

  One of the employees said this Previous Monday to me When I asked to pay in cash and she said no but usually you guys let people pay in cash, she said,”Because I said so” when I asked why I couldn’t? She also said it with an attitude. The Food was alright. Fries were a bit stale, Burger was Cooked fully, Chocolate and Vanilla Shakes were alright. Sprite didn’t taste like sprite but tasted like Carbonated Stomach Acid. I had to use rewards in order to pay for my meal because they didn’t let me pay in cash. Disappointed with this McDonalds. To all of the Employees, Treat your Customers with Respect. Don’t crash out on them. Especially students, Ban the Bad ones from Eating inside, Keep the good ones allowed to eat inside. Also, Clean up more often the tables. Chicken Nuggets on floor, fries on floor, Tables are dirty most of the time when I dine in.
