Great customer service and quality food! The restaurant was very clean, and I was able to enjoy my dinner in a quiet, comfortable environment. Employees Lupe and Luz were friendly and confident, even sharing a few laughs, which made the experience even better. They carefully followed my instructions for my sandwiches, and when I asked for salt on the side, they gladly provided it. Overall, an excellent dining experience. I do wish Subway should sell Mexican bottled drinks it would be a great addition ;)

I went into Subway today and ordered two sandwiches, and this will be my last time at this location.
First, I ordered a tuna sandwich that was supposed to be toasted. Instead of toasting the bread after adding the tuna and cheese (or just the tuna if no cheese), the young lady working there decided to toast it after piling on all the veggies. The result? Hot, wilted vegetables and undercooked bread that she clearly hadn’t baked properly earlier in the day. The sandwich was soggy, the tuna was unappetizing, and after one bite I nearly threw up. I wouldn’t even feed this to my dog.
The second sandwich, a Philly cheesesteak style, wasn’t any better. The bread was undercooked, the cheese wasn’t melted, and the meat was nearly cold. Absolutely disgusting and completely inedible.
This ruined my appetite even though I was starving. The young lady making the food was the most incapable worker I’ve ever encountered at Subway. This is my final straw with Subway, and especially with this location.
One star is honestly too generous.
