    Waited at the drive-thru no one was on the intercom. They were out of cheese so I got a double cheeseburger with no cheese. Fry's were cold

    protip: they don't take orders from the right lane at night, only the left lane. They don't have signs saying that, so you gotta back out of the right lane and get into the left lane

    If you want to be ignored at the counter come to this McDonalds. Everytime I have been to this restaurant since they remodeled with walls to block the back, all the employees hide in the back and never come out to help. I had to holler to the back to try to get some help and nothing, finally the manager saw us and said we will be with you shortly, that’s when me and 2 other customers said we have been already waiting for almost 10 minutes. She was rude, saying she is new. A few other people stepped in and said the same things that this restaurant never has customer service at the counter, and waiting for simple things like a refill or ketchup takes forever!! The trash cans were completely over full, the rest of the dinning room was clean.m, they really need to focus on more the drive through!!

    Fries cold, the service for drive up is so poor they make you wait in line 10mins before they take your order, its like the entire crew on night shift hate they job this was 12/05/2025
