    Worst customer service ever.11/10/25 around 9:30 pm Was in drive thru and was left waiting while they kept taking orders from one side . I waited patiently , 3 cars go by when I called them to remind them I was still waiting and if the 2nd lane was closed . But they said no and that they’d take my order right away .. they came right away but to wrong lane . I pulled forward and asked if I can place my order thru the window and they said no that they had been taking orders from both lanes .. as if I cut in line or something and wouldn’t let me order . Talked to me as if I was in the wrong . Definitely not going back .. night shift needs retraining on how to handle customers . Worst night ever .. cried out of pure frustration .! Almost 30 min waiting only to get refused .. SMH

    Came at 3:20am I order online came to pick it up waited at the speaker for 5 min so I was is anyone there I got no answer waited a few more min said hello again still no one I drove to the window no one was in site I couldn't get my food !!!!! Very unacceptable not the first time it's happened either.

    I visited the drive-thru during the night shift, and it took 40 minutes to get my order. The wait was extremely long, and the process felt disorganized. The heavy-set manager on duty was very rude and unprofessional, which made the experience even worse. Additionally, the mocha machine was not working, which seems to be a recurring issue. While some staff were polite, overall the service was slow and frustrating. I hope management addresses these issues to improve efficiency and professionalism during night shifts.
