  I was excited when I heard this place was opening but now I’m not excited anymore. They NEVER have donuts coming fresh off the belt like other places do. I’ve come in the morning, noon, evenings and still not one in sight off the belt. If you go there you won’t see many customers because it is clear that this place is poorly run. And the 3.1 star rating speaks for itself. I don’t think the owners understand how serious a rating like that is. I’m sure the owners are the kind of people that think if they ignore the problems it will all go away. And by the time they realize that how serious it is the place will close and turned into another Starbucks. I’m just gonna stick to Ontario’s Krispy Kreme where the people that run that place care about their business.

  Look at the photo and tell me what you see. Plain donuts? WRONG! This was an original glazed dozen but it seems lightly glazed. Definitely not the original you would get at other krispy kremes. This location is such a disappointment, was excited initially as a new one opened up nearby BUT they are SO inconsistent. I’ve ordered an original dozen a while ago and got EXTRA glazed dozen. This pic is the opposite of that. I don’t know why there so inconsistent but they are and it makes everyone’s experience quite negative. Just by looking at the overall rating of 3.1 that tells you that many have issues at this location. What a shame.

  I went to Krispy Kreme this morning at 5:30. I was the first one in the Drive-Thru, and tell me why the workers were talking and getting the orders wrong. There was one girl getting a donut, but she didn't even get help at the drive-thru, and they were acting like the people in line didn’t matter. I had to tell him because he kept conversing with his employees. I was like, you know, people have to go to work. It took him 10 minutes to come to the window; he didn’t even say hello or anything—he just did his thing, and the donuts were not even ready. My advice: people have to go to work in the morning, so be respectful of their time. I give the customer service a zero.

  Very nice staff. Even though i was too early when they just opened but still they were very active and I didn’t have to wait for any delays.staff is very nice and friendly. Their customer service skills are awesome.

  Very disappointed that this KK doesn't know how to make the donuts. Don't bother spending a bunch of $ on the Halloween donuts. As you can see in my photo there isn't any creme inside and it tasted old. What is the point of having advertised special cookies and creme inside when you are too cheap to put any actually inside the donut? Also the atmosphere is terrible and unappealing like a prison cafeteria. Will drive to Ontario for fresh donuts made properly.
