Whem walking in-store to place an order, the employees always make customers feel like it is an inconvenience to physically take a customer's order instead of having the customer use the kiosks. Unfortunately, sometimes the kiosk or online option does not allow for changes or substitutions that an employee can do. Management really needs to step up their training for employees on customer service and manners. This is definitely a teachable opportunity.
