- MTMatthew TiugalamDec 27, 20251.0My first trip was a warning—one I didn't heed. Chipotle has become a masterclass in charging premium prices while cutting basic fundamentals. No utensils available—apparently, customers are expected to eat with their hands, like this is a medieval feast. The brown rice was borderline inedible: uncooked, dry, clumped, and clearly sitting far past its prime, doing the exact opposite of what rice is supposed to do, even with salsa heaped on top of it for rehydration. To top it off, there was no Tabasco or any hot sauce whatsoever, stripping the food of the only thing that reliably salvages Chipotle’s bland execution. When a restaurant can’t provide utensils, properly cooked rice, or basic condiments, it’s no longer “fast casual”—it’s just careless.

- PPPomonaNov 30, 20252.0This review isn't really about the food because the food was good customer service was good it wasn't great but it was good no complaints it really is more about how Chipotle treats their employees when it comes to their lunch breaks how do you make your employee stand in line to wait to order his food while he has already clocked out time is running by the time he actually gets to pay for his meal sit down and eat his break is over how do you do this to your employees how do you treat them like this @Chipotle they deserve to get their meal before they clock out so they actually have their full break to be able to relax and rest since they've been standing on their feet all day do better ... establishments like these make me never want to come back
