I waited under the assumption that my order was not yet ready, only to later realize I needed to request it. By the time I got home, the food was cold and unappetizing. The guacamole and chips were noticeably lower in quality compared to the Yucaipa location, which I typically visit. I chose the Redlands location for convenience on my commute home, but based on this experience, I would not return. I will continue going to the Yucaipa location, which offers a drive-thru and consistently better quality and convenience.
