  I went in for lunch while i was in town for a meeting and the cashier dorian was extreamly rude and had a bad attitude for no reason and he put my order in wrong even tho i repeated it to him multiple times , disappointing considering ive never had a bad expirence at a chic fil a before , wont be returning to this location.

  I walked in my first time eating at this establishment and I didn’t know what I want so I let a woman go before me than I was called next. I’m the 1% who suffer from 10-20 grand mal seizures and focal seizures with a brain tumor and yesterday was a painful and tough day and I was having a embarrassing moment and a hard time reading and not only was the women taking my order so sweet and reminded me with a smile that it’s ok and I don’t have to apologize something that I often do now due to the discrimination I get from corporations and she was just amazing and the woman heard everything I said and offered to pay for my food I was so grateful for her kindness and her hug I needed to feel cared about and she made me feel cared about and chick fil a also made me feel so happy and the food is so delicious when I get brain surgery I want the chicken noodles soup it so yummy along with the nuggets and chicken sandwich I love a corporation who cares about individuals like me with invisible disabilities thank you so much made my day

  A huge thank you to Chick-fil-A, Citrus Plaza Redlands team and incredible leadership by George Frimpong Boateng and their premiere team Quaid, Key, and Adam for being a fantastic partner during Redlands Christian School’s Intercession Week! They generously provided a delicious lunch for our middle school students and the Redlands Police Officers who took the time to share their professional stories and experiences in law enforcement. The food was fresh, flavorful, and served with the exceptional hospitality Chick-fil-A is known for—but what truly stood out was their heart for the community. Their team helped create a welcoming and memorable experience that brought students and officers together in a meaningful way. It was an unforgettable day for everyone involved, and we are so grateful for Chick-fil-A’s support, generosity, and outstanding service. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  We pulled up at the drive through 2 cars was on left and one on the right. 2 servers was on the right side, a young man with his hand in a cast and young lady. The young lady after serving the 2 cars on the left went to the car on the right. As she was serving she kept looking over to the store. The young man handed over to a young lady I'm assuming she gave him his break. After which several cars got served as we sat there waiting. After the young lady that was serving the car infront of us got done she simply walked away. Didn't have the decency to say I'm on a break, someone will be with you, nothing. I had to call over to the young lady that gave the young man a break to come over and serve us. This is not the kind of service Chick-Fil -a is know for. This was just rude.
