  I went through the drive through and ordered 2 of the box combos that had nuggets, fries, a chalupa and a taco with a drink only to get home in Shasta lake to find out they didn’t put any of the chalupas or the tacos into my bag. Very disappointing on top of the person giving us our food was very rude when we asked to add a burrito to our order and she made us go back in line through the drive thru to order a burrito. The service here is horrible! Never coming to this Taco Bell again.

  Food was freezer burnt, they don’t answer their phones when you try to call and let them know. And their bathrooms were extremely dirty for a building that just opened 2min ago.

  Bullahit service. Missed item refused to take it at windows. Wantes me to wait again after waiting 15 min

  I went through the drive thru, ordered a crunchwrap and the steak and guac fries, they at first almost gave me someone else's order. But, I got mine, and went to eat it, the crunchwrap I got had no meat it in at all. Just lettuce, cheese and tomatoes.
