  I always prefer this subway to any others in Redding, the staff actually seem to enjoy their jobs and are kind. Tonight I got my sandwiches and got to talk to Singh and he always makes my sandwiches actually look nice not just taste good, he puts care into putting the sandwich together and I appreciate that.

  I had a really great experience at Subway 😊 A girl named Param works there, and she was friendly and professional. She took my order with patience and made sure everything was prepared perfectly. The service was quick, and her positive attitude and smile made the whole experience even better. Staff like her truly make a place stand out. Great job, Param! 👏

  Go to Holiday Market, not here. The sandwiches are so overpriced here, and the employees are so rude. When they mess up, they don’t even apologize or address the issue at hand. Instead, you get ignored and they just act like you aren’t there. I waited a half an hour to resolve an issue with them, and they offered me no help and not even just a little sympathy. You know, a good “I’m sorry about that” goes a long way. I won’t simply bash Subway though, just this location. I came here before and the employees were just as rude as today. I thought maybe before it was just bad timing, but no. Also, there was such little meat in my sandwich that it looked so flat and dull compared to the holiday sandwich for far less money, and it comes with a drink on top of that! To add avocado it’s way too expensive at Subway. $2.70 is crazy compared to everywhere else’s $1 up charge. The subway sandwich isn’t even visually appealing. You might think you’re getting more food because it’s a footlong, but they barely fill the sandwich in. You’re mostly paying for the extra bread, lol. If you haven’t, genuinely go and try a Holiday sandwich at their deli. It’s so good compared to this skimpy one. Just check out the photos.
