- ANAmber NMar 20, 20263.0SO LOUD! I know the marketing behind extremely loud environments; They're created to get people in, make the purchase & get out as quickly & as efficiently as possible. I understand & it literally works, but I can't understand the reasoning. I loathe visiting the restaurant simply because the music is incredibly loud AND the chairs scrape across the floor louder than any other restaurant I've been to. Food is always good & the service (except from the skinny, ill tempered manager who works during the day) is always top notch. The staff is truly one of a kind & always really polite & pleasant to be around. Most have a great sense of humor & seem to enjoy being there. The restaurant is always clean & nearly as soon as customers leave, staff is quickly cleaning the floor & wiping down tables. Beverages & condiments are always stocked & I can only recall one time my order was short a condiment I asked for in a burger bowl. One. Single. Time. That's pretty great track record. Honestly, if it weren't for the blaring music, I'd go in more often because Redding doesn't have a lot of decent quick service restaurants that serve good food. I tend to opt for the Habit over here for the sole reason that's honestly just way too loud to have a conversation or to hear yourself think. It's truly overwhelming. Ambiance gets 2 stars but every other category gets a 5.

Called store and they told me to call door dash. Door dash said it’s a store problem…Long story short, manager doesn’t know what shes doing and by resolving this she just decided to ignore this complaint. Food lost and money lost. What a shame!

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.

We are switching to fry bags to ensure your fries stay fresher and as part of our larger commitment to the environment.
