I went to Wingstop this evening, intending to order food, but what I witnessed completely changed my mind. While I was inside, I saw what appeared to be a manager or a person in charge speaking to employees in a very unprofessional and disrespectful manner. She told one Of them too “shut up and work “ While openly discussing her personal nail appointment, walking around almost skipping around distracting workers who are trying to keep up with their orders. it was clearly accrue, trying to focus on helping the team during a busy time and instead they were getting distracted during a busy time, belittled and humiliated by upper staff in front of all of us paying customers. From my perspective, the staff was simply doing their jobs, especially with the number of people that were in the restaurant. Watching someone in leadership role speak and act that way towards their employees was uncomfortable and unacceptable. In the end, I decided not to order and took my business elsewhere. I will not be returning to this location, professionalism and respect go a long way In customer service and unfortunately, I didn’t see either of those there tonight!

The 2 girls working today did a great job. They both are very professional, they got the food out at a good time, the food tasted great sauce on all pieces of chicken, working space was clean and not messy. They were both focus on the orders and not focused on other things. Today was one of the best times coming here you could tell they were trying their best to be perfect.

As someone who loves Wingstop, I would not order from this location. Horrible customer service! Food is thrown together. It never fails that they forget half your order! Dan seems bothered when a delivery order comes in asking for the rest of their food. Then false promises of getting a call from the general manager, Anna! I would rather make the drive to Wing Spot.

I’ve ordered at various Wingstop locations over the past few years as I have Celiac (gluten makes me very ill), and Wingstop is often the only choice I have while on road . They have a designated fryer for bone-in classic wings and fries, so I can usually enjoy their food safely. The chain’s food is usually consistent and worth the stop. I’ve visited the Redding location a few times since they opened. I always enjoy their fries / loaded buffalo fries, however, the last 2 times the classic wings were overcooked and dry, unfortunately. Thurs night, I called them to place an order. A male employee answered and I said, “hi, I’d like to place an order for pick up”, he immediately said, “hang on” and put me on hold. He was not friendly and sounded annoyed. It was 10:12 pm and they closed at 11, so it wasn’t last minute. I have a cold and have been sick for over a week. I just wanted to pull up, grab my food, and get home. Unfortunately, he never picked up the phone. I ended up driving to their location while still on hold. As I walked in, I had been on hold for 15 minutes. I showed the active call to the guy at the front, he apologized and said it wasn’t him. I didn’t wanna make a stink, because I don’t like to complain to people who are going to prepare my food, lol – it’s common sense . The young man who helped me was very friendly and apologetic. I’m guessing the guy who put me on hold was the one working in the back. They told me my order would take 15 minutes, which made me laugh… He understood the humor of it too, considering if they had just picked up the phone my food would be ready to go. I asked for a free drink while I wait, and he obliged, which was kind. They didn’t have Wi-Fi in the store so I went to my car to wait. I ordered the classic bone in chicken and the loaded buffalo ranch fries . The fries were good, the chicken was overcooked and dry . I will probably go back, because I don’t have a lot of options, but I’m hoping their service and quality improves.

I visited this Wingstop on a Sunday around 2:30 PM with my girlfriend, and unfortunately the experience left a very negative impression. When I asked a question while ordering, the cashier responded politely and without issue. However, when my girlfriend (who is not white) asked her a question immediately afterward, the cashier paused, ignored my girlfriend at first, and only answered after she repeated herself; the response from the cashier was noticeably rude. Later, as we were eating in the dining area, we observed the cashier being friendly and even joking with white customers, while the interactions with minority customers were cold and dismissive. On top of that, the food itself was inconsistent. My garlic parmesan boneless wings were fine, but my girlfriend's bone-in wings were overcooked and unpleasant. As this was my very first stop at Wingstop, it was a very disappointing experience. In my opinion, the service we received was discriminatory, and the food was inconsistent. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this location and will not be returning.
