  Miso soup wasn't good, everything else we ate was mid. Large portions tho. Was not attended to enough by server, half the table went without silverware till they requested it.

  For over a decade I have been a customer at Toyoko Garden, over the years some of the staff has changed, (some still are there) the one thing that remains the same that always keeps me coming back is not just the fresh always good rolls, but they are like family, they do not just make your meals, get a chance to talk to them and they will show you how they actually care about their customers like family. I do not have to come in to eat with anyone, and I never ever have felt like I am having a meal alone.   More than an adequate eatery for a fair price. No wait for seating. Waitresses were fast, friendly, professional, and on the spot service.

  I think for what they are serving their prices are great. They execute a fairly large menu and it was all very good. Friendly sushi chefs and servers. You can hang out with long-time northern California locals at their sushi bar for endless story-telling over sake’. I’m going back for more.

  It's somewhat generic sushi. It's hard to describe, it's not bad, but it's not great...its beige. It's a quick sushi spot when you have no expectations. Service was the same way, they were around, and there when you needed them.
