We waited in line for 30 min to be told unable to take any orders. Anderson Taco Bell said the same thing so we came to Redding and got same response- but unable to get out of the line here due to cars NOT MOVING!

The food came cold out and our cashier apparently hates her job. She should do something else with her life, something without human contact. She gave Taco Bell a bad name and we will never be returning to this location.

Definitely not impressed with the service and quality. My Nacho Fries were put in upside down, and the new Mikes Red Hot Tacos were just Cantina Tacos with the crispy chicken. No Red Hot at all. Definitely not impressed with this. The fact that fast food workers make $21 or more per hour to make food and clean a store is ridiculous. It’s like more pay made people dumber and quality of food went DAY DOWN.
