Its mcdonalds. Same flavor, none of the magic. But now I get to see the magic I experienced as a child in my own son.

Service was extremely slow, and it was obvious they were short-handed, yet that doesn’t excuse how poorly everything was handled. When we finally got our order, the food was cold like it had been sitting out forever. To make things worse, the staff intentionally shut off the soda machine and refused to refill a fountain drink. When asked why, employees said it was the franchise owner Alexas’ decision, which is unbelievable. On top of that, the restroom has a coded door, and they do not provide the code — you’re forced to wait until a staff member opens it for you. No urgency, no customer service, and no respect for customers’ time. This location is an embarrassment to the McDonald’s brand. Avoid at all costs. I will NEVER return. 🤮🤢

And there was a girl in there too. She was lovely. I think you guys do a great job. The food was perfect and fast. Kudos. I met the afternoon management Annie. She is the best. You guys need to do whatever you can do to encourage her to stay with you. This has been the best McDonald’s since she has been there. She shows real pride in her work and initiative, not to mention humility and manners. People like her are the salt )
