To Owner Diane Gosh A Very Horrible experience. At McDonalds at 801 E Cypress. Redding Ca I came in for Service, ( breakfast..) I gave my card to the manager at the window we are moving in the vicinity of Redding CA. The Manager refuse service to us. I try to explain a wrong pin number was put and we came inside to correct number .
I'm 75 years old and told her that the number was not correct at the window of service
In my whole life I have never experienced such rudeness . When we came in and we order our meal though a Very Nice second Manager. Hispanic.
The first Manager yell at me Crab my Arm as I was pulling out my Card. And hurt me. I will be talking to my Attorney .of physical abuse., Crabbing my arm . That was so unessasary . I am not here to cause conflict. .
The Owner please Correct this Matter. It can be serious I was tolded she has done this to Others customers by second Manager. Respect is needed. Patience & kindness goes a long way. Mrs. Graziano Thank you

Love the app!!! I’m pulling free iced coffee every day for a dollar with the app. I have over 11k points saved up with access to a ton of free food especially playing the new monopoly.

Staff, manager were friendly, helpful. Bad experience with loudmouthed individual, not my favorite "dining experience", but didn't really expect that, anyway.
