It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!

We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.

Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!

We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!

You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!

We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.

Dutch Bros Coffee at 695 N. Market St. in Redding is open Monday to Thursday and Sunday from 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and on Friday and Saturday from 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

Dutch Bros Coffee itself does not offer delivery, but you can use curbside pickup or order ahead through their app for convenient service.
