- MWMargaret WayFeb 27, 20261.0I usually really enjoy Dutch bros and I am a regular customer although yesterday I had a very weird experience at this Dutch bros. Me and my boyfriend ordered drinks and I was paying but my boyfriend was driving so I handed him my card and he tapped it for me. Out of courtesy to me he pressed no tip because we had cash to give up front. As she watched him press no tip she very condescendingly said “oh I’m sorry about that” as if she was trying to make him feel bad about not tipping on someone else’s card? I got very upset and my boyfriend was very uncomfortable. I’ve never experienced something so invading and frankly very embarrassing and awkward from any Dutch brothers location.

Sat in line for 7 minutes before they were finally able to move 1 car out of the line due to the teenager gossip that seems to happen.

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
