  “I ordered from Domino’s, and the app indicated my order was ready, but upon arrival, they hadn’t even begun preparing it. I had to cancel because I was pressed for time. They assured me a refund within 48 hours, but despite multiple calls and follow-ups, the refund still hasn’t been processed. The lack of communication and poor service have been extremely disappointing.
