The in app delivery time is never accurate either. It’s not really a good deal if the order is always messed up. How exactly am I supposed to “return” a pizza that should’ve never been delivered in the first place? This experience was frustrating from start to finish. Between the inaccurate delivery estimate, poor communication, and refusal to take responsibility, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
