I showed my order on the app showing I schedule a pickup, not a delivery. They did remake my food, but really a bummer I had to show them three forms of proof before they began to remake it

I went up to the counter to order and the lady who walked up from the back already had an attitude. I asked for rice and beans in my taco and she looked up at me and said “really?” Chiplote is all about customizing and making it your own! I’ve never felt more judged. I asked for a side of sour cream and she rolled her eyes. The cashier was amazing 10/10! The lady who was making my food was probably some of the worst service and the stinkiest attitude ever! She must have been having a bad day… Unfortunate for her coworkers who have to deal with her all day. I will always love the food here, I hope she has a better day & doesn’t take it out on others. 1/23/26 at 15:30-16:00.

Really need to stop coming to this place but girlfriend always insists it’ll be better the next and the next time. By far the worse chipotle in NorCal
