- SMStephanie MarainApr 2, 20262.0The last two times we have come in the morning around 6-630, the man who served us was impersonal, but I shrugged it off because its early and we are tired too...but this morning he literally made us the same drink, and had it out in less than a minute of us ordering it, indicating he had random drinks on standby. I ordered a white mocha and my SO ordered an annihilator with whip and caramel drizzle. I am 99% sure we both got a carmelizer. They both taste identical and my SO got no whip, I did not ask for caramel but both our drinks taste like they're completely caramel. It would be fine if it were a one time deal, but the last time we came this guy also ignored my existence completely when responding to his questions and only acknowledged my SO. Very disappointed. I only give two stars because this place has been OK in the past....just inconsistent.

I don't like all the foofoo drinks too much so I get the Americano with sugar free hazelnut & sugar free chocolate with oat milk š Hits the spot everytime! & the baristas always have a smile & friendly ear when you've had a hard day! The sugar free peach tea always hits the spot on a hot day! My doggy always kmow where we are as soon as we pull in - she gets the pup cup!!

Our sugar-free flavors include white chocolate, chocolate, caramel, vanilla, chocolate macadamia nut, hazelnut, irish cream, peppermint (seasonal), coconut, raspberry, peach and strawberry.
What drinks are caffeine-free?
We can handcraft our classic espresso drinks (mocha, latte, breve) using decaffeinated espresso! Our Hot Cocoa, Shakes, Smoothies, Sparkling Sodas, and Lemonades are caffeine-free options to fuel your day! Check out our menu for a full list or ask your broista for recommendations!

We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch FreezeĀ® is a blended coffee drink!

We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!

Weāve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means weāre stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. Youāll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
Weāre not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
Itās easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and thereās no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and youāll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way youād like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We arenāt able to take drink orders over the phone, but weāre excited to serve you! Donāt let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
