- KRK RJan 16, 20262.0Airport rd is by far the slowest stand! Some are super kind and sweet but some are more worried about gossip than paying attention to customers. All twice during Christmas I love the candy cane cold brew but I’m allergic to chocolate so I’d ask for no chocolate milk and no chocolate syrup. But the 2 time instead of fixing their mistake (add chocolate syrup) did see that the first time had reaction to it but I caught the second time. Like I said said more worried about talking with each other.

Sugar free options on almost everything. Milk alternatives such as oat, soy, and almond milks. 4 size options (kids, sm, med, lg) there cup sizes are bigger than most coffee, tea, milkshake places their sm is a traditional med, med is traditional lg, and LG is traditional ex lg. There's plenty of parking or drive thru options. Kid and pet friendly. They even offer a pup cup for dogs and cats.

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
