Shes 2 and did not understand this and was very upset not getting that cookie. Rather than training his employee who obviously needed help, hes waltzing around the seating area just talking on his earpod. The frozen chicken on my daughters Wrap is a major bummer as well. Unknowledgable staff and incorrectly priced menu board. HORRIBLE TOMATOS as well. Almlst forgot that part.

I wish real Americans ran this business not someone who can barely speak English and wants to argue. This is ridiculous. Horrible customer service. I'll go out of town to get my subway or the other one on the other side of town. Down right rude as hell.
