It's like they just use water to mop the floors. The floors were so greasy I felt like I was going to hit the floor with one wrong step.
Ordering at a kiosk sucks. Bring back the humans at the register.

I was in red Bluff, California visiting a very good friend. I came into this Taco Bell to order food for all of us and there was a young lady there that was checking on her job application and And a Mexican lady that she was talking to was very rude to this young lady who seemed to be a very pleasant. I’m just trying to look for a job. She told her she did not have to come in all the time to check on her application which I find a little monotonous because most places like when you come in to check on jobs. This lady was just darn right rude and that is not how you should be in customer service. I’ve been in customer service since 2000 and I’ve never treated anybody who was looking for a job the way this lady has treated this young lady. If that’s how she is, she should not be manager. She should not be even in the store. I think it’s unfair and unkind how she treated her as a matter of fact, I wanted to say something to her, but my husband told me not to. I have a personality would give somebody a chance when someone comes to my business and checks on her application I think it’s great. It goes to show that they really want to work and this woman I don’t care what you say was damn right rude. I will let others know about how she treats the customers that come into that store. The lady had no respect at all, and that is so unappreciated. To the young lady looking for the job I hope you find what you’re looking for. Cause like I said, you had a sparkly personality And if I lived in red Bluff and was manager at Taco Bell, I would sure give you a job because you’ve proven by coming in two or three times a week to check on your application that you would be someone to fit in. To the Mexican lady who was rude I don’t even know how you have a job cause being rude is not how you’re supposed to be towards people.

I’ve eaten at this location hundreds of times with no issues from staff. A few months ago, however, the team changed, and several employees behaved inappropriately toward my husband and me. I was initially too polite, but I need to document the incidents, set healthy boundaries, and make sure this does not continue.
Incident 1
During a polite order correction, a manager (who made the food) told me, “It’s your fault for ordering it that way." Instead of listening and understanding the situation, she blamed my husband and I.
Incident 2
A few weeks later, while politely asking for an order correction, an employee approached the window visibly upset, indicated she made the food and refused to help with my order correction. She made an insulting remark about me as a customer. I told her I had always been friendly to her and her team and I didn't understand why this was happening to me. She said a manager had been “on her case” about my orders for several weeks instructing her to make my orders differently than she had been. Her behavior reflected internal issues that should not be taken out on customers.
Incident 3
A manager is charging nearly three times the normal price for an item. The first time this happened, my husband asked to speak with the manager. She did not come to the counter or assist; she simply instructed a new employee to charge the incorrect price with no explanation. The next visit, the price was normal. The visit after that, it was higher again. Then it dropped back to normal. Leadership should be resolving discrepancies instead of allowing them to continue.
Overall Pattern
What began as a simple order correction eventually resulted in my husband and me being hassled repeatedly over the course of several months. We hoped it would stop on its own, but it has continued and spread to new employees. Even when we reduced how often we visited, the issues persisted. When these individuals aren't working - it's a normal, low-stress Taco Bell visit. Please send someone to this location to ensure this stops. I recorded dates, times, descriptions and names of the individuals involved. Thank you!
