Extremely disappointing experience. We were asked to wait briefly in the drive-through, which was no problem, but while waiting, multiple cars in the other lane ordered, received their food, and left. After several minutes, I politely asked if we would be able to order and was met with a rude, dismissive response. The employee told us we could wait or leave, then laughed and sarcastically said we could order as we were backing out. The continued laughing and disrespectful tone were completely unprofessional. We will not be returning.
The Burger King across the street was cheaper, tasty, quick, and RESPECTFUL!
A complaint on the employee and store has been filed with corporate.

What part of "Don't put onions on my burger" do you guys not understand! I SPECIFICALLY said "NO ONIONS, I AM ALLERGIC." It states it on my grill slip ON THE BURGER, "NO ONIONS" so don't be getting on your window guy. He did it right. Your grill people apparently can't read a grill slip! This is literally the THIRD TIME IN A ROW that I have had to give up my lunch because you guys put onions near all my stuff. Please retrain your employees and let them know that it's not that some people don't like them (which you should STILL RESPECT) but some are actually allergic to them and get incredibly sick and can't just scrape it off. Please be mindful.

Was gonna order food even though all the tables were filthy (because we were taking it to go) until I saw the guy bagging the food picking his freaking nose!
