- RPRaymond PMar 25, 20261.0The barista added a tip without asking charged me for it, and then when I said I hadn't wanted to tip, they told me that they could refund me in 7 to 10 business days and I could pay again. I uesd to live in redding for years and never had any problems dutch bros since moving to red bluff, i've had nothing but problems. The district manager from Redding at the time. Chandler always made sure to get my drinks correct and handle any minor issues I had But since moving to red bluff, i've noticed, they don't even know how to make the drinks properly the service is terrible. And they always try to put a tip on without asking I absolutely love Dutch Bros, but this kind of service is unacceptable.

When they mess up and you question them they just lie. It’s been one too many times of just blatantly bad service and bad drinks. We won’t be back.

If you order no ice they will leave your drink several inches from the top and want to charge you extra to fill it. I primarily go to Starbucks now because they do not do that or charge extra plus are cheeper for same size and also have very good drinks. The one up they have is the rebels and stickers. They are also super expensive.

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
