Jennifer, who works there, is very rude and impolite, providing zero customer service. I have had a Sip Club membership at Panera for years, ordering coffee and food every day. The other day, I ordered a coffee through the kiosk, received my cup, and then asked Jennifer to check my reward. While I was filling my coffee, she loudly across the cafe that you have to pay for your coffee, in a very rude manner. I explained to her that I have an Sip Club and come here every day. She raised her voice and said, 'No, you don't.' Finally, one of the staff members came and explained to her that I placed my order and have it. She didn't apologize and continued to be rude. Zero customer service. I am so sorry for the poor behavior and customer service.
I had a very humiliating experience here as a DoorDash courier. The woman at the pickup counter (wearing glasses) refused to give me the order unless I loudly read the customer’s name out in front of everyone. I found that disrespectful and unnecessary — I showed the order on my phone like we always do. She kept insisting, speaking to me in a condescending tone, and ultimately denied me the pickup.
Couriers are partners in your business, not people to be publicly tested or embarrassed. This was unprofessional, degrading, and a complete waste of my time. I expect basic respect when I come to do my job. Very disappointing service.
If you’re reading this and your food arrived late, the main reason is the staff working here. Even when the order is ready, they don’t hand it over and they make things difficult for DoorDash drivers who come to pick it up. As a result, your food gets delayed because of them.
In addition, they clearly show a lack of trust toward both DoorDash drivers assigned by the system and independent drivers like me. Every single time, they insist on confirmation before handing over the order. However, the bags are sealed, so we cannot see what’s inside, and we are forced to accept and deliver items we cannot verify because they keep insisting on confirmation.
If something is missing from your order, it is not the fault of the DoorDash driver or the person delivering your food. It is because the staff failed to put all the items in the bag. For missing items, you should not blame the DoorDash driver — you need to deal directly with the staff at this location, specifically the people working at Panera Bread.
That’s why I’m rating the staff accordingly.

Solid value duet for $8.99, tomato soup, baguette, and a mediterranean half sandwich is about as healthy as it gets at a restaurant.

Walked in-0 reaction, employees just stand and talk among themselves, my take out order was ready but not even on the screen or on the shelf for pick up, took 5 minutes for one of them to finally inquire what I am there for and give me my order, that was hidden and ready long time ago
