The food quality was also improved, fresh, well-prepared, and overall, much more enjoyable. The only downside for us was salt level: the gyro and fries were still on the salty side. They don’t really offer “light/no salt” as a standard option, so next time we’ll ask for no-salt fries (if available). however, the chicken kabob was not salty at all and very well prepared. Overall, this RSM location felt like a big step up, and we would return. We also plan to revisit the Spectrum location later to see if consistency and quality have improved there as well.

The Mediterranean diet is one that’s known not only for its flavor but also for its health benefits. This comes as no shock when you consider how many healthy fruits and veggies grow in the region and are crucial in cultural cuisine. Because of the abundance of fruits and veggies needed for this cuisine, we had no trouble creating a wide variety of plant-based meals for our patrons.
Although we have quite a few vegan options on our menu, we’ve designed a dish specifically for our vegan friends (or anyone who is a fan of flavor!). Our vegan bowl is made up of housemade falafel served on top of a bed of lettuce tossed with lemon vinaigrette and topped with Greek cabbage, chickpea salad, cucumber, tomato, and a drizzle of our vegan tahini sauce. If you toggle to our vegetarian menu, you’ll see many of our vegetarian dishes that can be made vegan by subbing the tzatziki with tahini sauce and removing dairy products like feta cheese.
Speaking of our vegetarian menu, we’ve got plenty of dishes our vegetarian friends can enjoy too. Our veggie bowl is much like our vegan bowl but has tzatziki sauce instead of tahini sauce. All of our wraps can be made vegetarian, too, if you substitute the protein for falafel.
