The atmosphere this morning was delightful; the crew, smiling, and laughing and engaging with customers in a genuine way made my plain bagel with cream cheese feel like the most important bagel I've ever had. The bagel was perfectly toasted and had the perfect amount of cream cheese. I'm really grateful for this experience as it is setting the tone for my day many thanks to the wonderful crew!
