Bathroom badly after driving 445 miles straight they refused and told him we had to order first before being allowed to use their restroom.. he was so embarrassed because he has no control over his bladder so He involuntarily urinated on himself..and they said well that is our policy no bathroom usage until you purchase… they finally allowed him to use the bathroom I went through the drive through but refused to spend money on a company that refused service to a disabled person they judged his appearance because he had no teeth and weighs only 98 pounds.. and that is disgusting customer service.. the lady at the window said if a elderly lady came in side pushing a walker and decided to use the restroom before ordering they said they would not allow her access until she ordered.. o found that the business should not be able to serve the public and Wendy’s in a whole lost my business 👩💼
