- HHHamiltonSep 22, 20201.0I am rating it 1 star since I can't give it a ZERO! First time at this location and the last. The experience we had today was the worse. The manager on duty (butch girl with rose tattoo on arm) was horrible. Her attitude was dry, unprofessional and no management skills.. She didn't explain the specials in detail and when asked to repeat herself, she seemed bothered. I allowed her to continue on with our order but I was burning inside. Once she rang us up, the meals were more in price than what she had initially explained. So when we said something, she then told my wife she needed to calm down, so I had to let her have it. This butch girl runs this store as if its in her backyard. Once I brought it to her attention, that her customer service was the worse and she should be a better leader since the other employees are watching her, she gave me my receipt and walked away. No apology, just her "I don't care what you say" attitude. Snotty and unprofessional. I hope the owner reads these reviews and either put her bitterness in the back or retrain her. I know we all need a job but do us, the customers a favor!
