  Terrible customer service. doesn't even look at you. My order was just sitting there and even though I was telling them. They just ignored me.

  ordered here six times through the mobile app. four out of the six times they've messed up the order and/or left me waiting outside ranging from over 10 to 20 minutes.

  Double check your orders, especially if you're in a hurry and on Sundays. Once again something is missing from my order. I don't eat from here much anymore because there's a 50% chance my order is going to be wrong. I wouldn't mind the slow drive through if my orders were consistently accurate.

  Someone really needs to check this location, and the McDonald's that is about a mile further up on Foothill Blvd in Rancho Cucamonga. I have been alternating between these two restaurants for several weeks now on Tuesday nights before my meeting, and EACH TIME WITHOUT FAIL, the buns on my burgers are hard around the edges! I've been going to McDonald's for years, and I have never experienced this type of consistent poor quality from a McDonald's. The McDonald's I am referring to are located at 11198 Foothill Blvd and 9649 Foothill Blvd. PLEASE FIX THIS!
